Full refund policy wording is pending from Statecraft. Known terms so far: refund can be requested within 3 days from the date and time of course purchase; no refund after 3 days from purchase. Still to confirm: full or partial refund, how to request (WhatsApp number or helpdesk email), and processing time in working days.
