Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 September 2026. This policy explains how Statecraft IAS Academy ("we") handles the personal data you share on the Mission KAS Mentorship landing page, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Details you enter in the enquiry form: full name, WhatsApp phone number, which KAS attempt this is, and preferred language.
• Campaign data attached to your visit: UTM parameters, Meta and Google click identifiers, the page you landed on, your referrer, IP address and browser type.

Why we collect it

• To call or message you on WhatsApp about the free mentorship session you requested and the Mission KAS Mentorship program.
• To measure which advertisements led to enquiries and enrolments. For this we share a hashed (SHA-256) version of your phone number, and the click identifiers above, with Meta Platforms and Google. They cannot read your number from the hash; they only match it against accounts they already hold.

Consent and withdrawal

You give consent by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by messaging or calling +91 96061 67191. We will stop contacting you and remove your details from our lead system within 7 working days.

Retention

Lead records are kept for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, or until you withdraw consent, whichever is earlier.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to privacy@statecraft.in (replace with the actual grievance officer contact).

Third parties

Hosting: Vercel. Advertising measurement: Meta Platforms, Google. Payments: the payment gateway linked from the Enrol buttons. We do not sell your data.
